Last week, our Green Bay team was on a business trip visiting AT&T sales teams across California.  While away from the office, they continued answering incoming office calls using their unified communications (UCaaS) app, never missing a beat.  However, a member kept getting his calls dropped because of a weak data signal while inside an office building.  Is there a solution to solve this issue?  Umm, yes!  He accessed the call settings directly from the app and forwarded the calls to his mobile number.  Problem solved!  Sounds simple?  Well, it is.  But bear in mind, he didn’t have to access the UCaaS portal through a browser using his login credentials.  Nor did he have someone back at the office manually forward his calls from his desktop phone.  The scenario illustrates the power and convenience of UCaaS.
